Export Steps
- Click the "Export" button in the editor toolbar
- Select the target format (PNG / Markdown / SVG)
- The system generates the file and automatically downloads it
Before exporting PNG, it's recommended to use "Fit to Screen" to adjust the view, ensuring the mind map is fully visible for better export results.
Share Links
In addition to exporting files, you can also generate share links for others to directly access your mind maps.
Sharing Rules
- Share links are publicly accessible — Anyone with the link can view
- No need for recipients to register a MindLM account
- Viewers can only view, not edit
Link Expiration Cases
Share links become invalid when:
- You manually cancel the share
- The mind map is deleted
If you want to control access permissions, it's recommended to notify relevant people after sharing and cancel the share promptly when no longer needed.
Common Questions
QWhat if the exported PNG clarity isn't good enough?
Try zooming the mind map to a larger size before exporting, or use SVG format (Pro and above), then convert to high-resolution images locally.
QWhat if a friend can't open the share link?
Check if the link is complete, confirm the mind map hasn't been deleted and sharing hasn't been canceled. If it still can't be accessed, you can generate a new share link.
