Dashboard
The dashboard is your central page for managing all mind maps, supporting both grid and list views.
View Switching
- Grid View: Displays mind map thumbnails in card format, suitable for quick browsing and identification
- List View: Displays as a list with more information, suitable for managing large numbers of files
Search and Sort
- Search: Enter keywords at the top of the dashboard to quickly filter mind maps
- Sort: Sort the mind map list by creation time, modification time, and more
Tag Management
Tags help you better categorize and find mind maps:
- You can add tags when creating mind maps
- Filter by tags to quickly find related mind maps
- Support custom tag names
It's recommended to tag important mind maps. This will greatly improve search efficiency as the number of mind maps grows.
File Operations
For each mind map, you can perform the following operations:
- Open and Edit: Enter the editor to view and modify the mind map
- Rename: Change the mind map's title
- Delete: Delete the mind map (cannot be recovered)
- Export: Export files directly from the dashboard
- Share: Generate or manage share links
Mind maps cannot be recovered after deletion, and associated share links will also become invalid. Please confirm before deleting.

QCan't find a previously generated mind map in the dashboard?
Try using the search feature. If you're sure it wasn't deleted but still can't find it, it may be an account issue. Please contact the support team.
QHow to quickly organize when there are many mind maps?
It's recommended to use tags for categorization management. Tag similar topic mind maps with the same tags, and use the filter feature to quickly locate them.
