1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MindLM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and MindLM regarding your use of our AI mind map generation and related services ("Service").

By registering, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using this Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Management

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), or use under guardian consent.
• Information Accuracy: You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MindLM is not liable for account theft or unauthorized use due to your negligence.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all laws and regulations when using this Service, and must not engage in the following:

• Upload, generate, or distribute content that violates laws, threatens national security, is pornographic, violent, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract source code, algorithms, or model parameters.
• Use automated programs (bots), crawlers, or scripts to access the Service or send excessive requests that overload servers.
• Use the Service to develop products or services that compete with MindLM.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

• User Content: You retain intellectual property rights to all content you upload to MindLM ("Input").
• Generated Content: Subject to compliance with laws and these Terms, MindLM transfers all ownership of mind maps and summaries generated from your Input ("Output") to you. You may use them for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• Platform Rights: MindLM owns all intellectual property in the Service's interface design, trademarks, logos, software code, and algorithms, protected by copyright law and international conventions.

5. Fees and Payment

MindLM offers both free and paid services. For paid services:

• You agree to pay fees at the published rates.
• Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated, fees paid (e.g., credit top-ups, membership fees) are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect in new subscription periods or upon recharge.

6. AI Service Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of generated content.
• You should independently verify generated content and not rely on it as the sole basis for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
• The Service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties (including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

7. Service Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice. You may also stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, it does not affect the validity of other parts.
