Terms of Service

(1) You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Minors may use the Service only with verifiable guardian consent.

(2) You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date registration information and to correct it promptly if it changes.

(3) You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. MindLM shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, you shall not:

(1) upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, threatening, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party;

(2) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or model parameters from the Service;

(3) use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated means to access the Service, or send requests at a volume that could impair server performance;

(4) use the Service to build or improve a product or service that competes with MindLM.

(5) You shall not upload, generate, or publicly share any sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit content, instructions for or promotion of serious crimes, content that glorifies violence or self-harm, or hateful content. We have zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors: such accounts are terminated immediately and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

(6) You acknowledge and agree that, to meet our legal obligations and platform responsibilities, generated content and publicly shared content is subject to automated review and, where necessary, human review; we may refuse to publish, remove at any time, or restrict any content we reasonably believe violates these Terms, and may suspend or terminate the associated account.

(7) Anyone may report violating content through the "Report" link on a shared page or by emailing support@mindlm.io; we will act on reports within a reasonable time.

(1) You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload to MindLM ("Input").

(2) Subject to your compliance with applicable law and these Terms, MindLM assigns to you all ownership rights in the mind maps and summaries generated from your Input ("Output"). You may use such Output for any lawful commercial or non-commercial purpose.

(3) All intellectual property in the Service itself — including but not limited to interface design, trademarks, logos, software code, and underlying algorithms — remains the exclusive property of MindLM and is protected by copyright law and international treaties.

MindLM offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Max, each billed monthly or yearly). If you subscribe to a paid plan:

(1) you agree to pay the fees at the prices published on our website; payments are processed by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card details.

(2) Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) and are charged to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via "Manage subscription" in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the benefits you have paid for until then.

(3) Subscription credits are issued monthly: on each renewal for monthly plans, and once a month throughout the term for yearly plans. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that monthly cycle and do not roll over.

(4) Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period. When switching from monthly to yearly billing, unused monthly time is credited toward the yearly price and a new billing cycle starts on the day of the switch. After an upgrade, the current month's credits are topped up to the new plan; if the billing cycle is reset by the upgrade, remaining subscription credits from the previous cycle expire.

(5) Self-service downgrades are not supported; to move to a lower plan, cancel your current subscription and subscribe again after it ends.

(6) Fees are non-refundable once charged, including unused subscription time and credits, except where required by applicable law.

(7) We may change our prices; changes will be announced in advance and take effect from your next billing cycle.

(8) Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout where we are required to collect them.

(9) Credits are not refunded when generated content is refused for public sharing or removed for violating these Terms; content rejected by review before generation is not charged.

(1) We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any Output.

(2) You must independently verify all generated content and should not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice — whether legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.

(3) The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
