Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

MindLM Pro and Max plans are billed monthly or yearly. Fees are charged in advance and renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your bank statement as MINDLM.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time: sign in, open Settings → Membership → Manage subscription, and choose "Cancel subscription" on the Stripe subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to what you have paid for until then, after which your account returns to the Free plan and no further charges are made. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume the subscription from the same page.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including unused subscription time and credits, except in the following cases:

(1) you were charged more than once for the same billing period;

(2) a technical failure on our side made the Service completely unusable after payment and was not resolved within a reasonable time;

(3) a refund is required by applicable law. If one of these applies, email support@mindlm.io within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the charge date. We will verify and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank typically posts them within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period. When switching from monthly to yearly billing, unused monthly time is credited toward the yearly price and a new billing cycle starts on the day of the switch. Self-service downgrades are not available; to move to a lower plan, cancel your current subscription and subscribe again after it ends.

5. Credits

Subscription credits are issued monthly: on each renewal for monthly plans, and once a month throughout the term for yearly plans. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that monthly cycle; they do not roll over and have no cash value. After an upgrade, the current month's credits are topped up to the new plan; if the billing cycle is reset by the upgrade, remaining credits from the previous cycle expire.

6. Questions About a Charge

If you do not recognize a MINDLM charge or have a question about an amount, contact support@mindlm.io first. We reply within 2 business days and can resolve most issues directly, faster than a chargeback through your bank.
