Text is the most basic and commonly used input method, available to all membership tiers.
Topic Generation vs Content Conversion
The system automatically determines the mode based on your input length and content:

In Topic Generation mode, AI generates a relevant framework based on its knowledge base; in Content Conversion mode, AI strictly structures based on the content you paste.

When the limit is exceeded, the system will prompt before submission. It's recommended to remove irrelevant content before generating.
Input Tips
- Focus on a Single Topic — If the text contains multiple unrelated topics, split them and generate separately
- Remove Noise — Delete ads, navigation bars, and other irrelevant text to improve generation quality
- Add Core Topic — Adding a title or core topic before long text helps guide the generation direction
Common Questions
QDoes longer input mean more detailed mind maps?
Not necessarily. When input is too long and topics are scattered, AI will merge duplicate information and omit low-relevance content. It's recommended to clean the text first before generating.
QIs it normal for the generated result to have a different order than the original text?
Yes, it's normal. MindLM reorganizes the structure based on information hierarchy and doesn't maintain the original text order.
