Generation Failure Issues

QWhat should I do if generation fails or there's no result?

Please check in order: 1) Whether the input content is empty; 2) Whether the link or file is valid; 3) Whether the file exceeds size limits; 4) Whether the daily trial quota has been reached. If all are ruled out, please try again later or contact support.

QWhat does 'daily trial quota exhausted' mean?

A

Free users get 3 free trials per day. After the quota is used up, you need a credit balance to continue generating. You can obtain credits through daily login rewards, inviting friends, purchasing credit packs, or upgrading to Pro/Max membership (no quota limit).

QWhat does 'insufficient credits' mean?

A

Your current credits are insufficient to pay for this generation. You can obtain credits through: daily login rewards (+1 credit), inviting friends (10 credits per person), using redemption codes, purchasing credit packs separately, or upgrading membership.

Task and Queue Issues

QWhat does 'a task is already being generated' mean?

A

The system only allows 1 task to execute at a time. Please wait for the current task to complete before submitting a new one.

QWhat if a queued task hasn't moved for a long time?

A

Queued tasks can be manually canceled. Pro/Max members enjoy priority queues with faster generation speed and higher priority.

QWill credits be refunded after canceling a task?

A

Yes. When a task fails or is canceled, all previously deducted credits will be fully refunded to your account.

Input and Content Issues

QWhat should I do if web page parsing fails?

A

The web page may require login access or have anti-scraping restrictions. It's recommended to manually copy the core content of the web page and use text input mode for generation.

QWhat should I do if YouTube video parsing fails?

A

Please confirm the video is public and contains subtitles (either manual or auto-generated subtitles work). Videos from non-YouTube platforms are currently not supported.

QWhat if the uploaded document is parsed incompletely?

A

It may be due to a special document format or containing many images. Try copying the document content as text for generation, or use OCR separately for image portions.

Membership and Credits Issues

QWhat happens when membership expires?

A

After membership expires, you're automatically downgraded to Free, and paid features will become unavailable. However, all previously generated mind maps can still be viewed and managed.

QWhat happens if I renew the same membership tier while already subscribed?

A

New purchases will extend the expiration date and won't overwrite the current cycle.

QCan't use export or share features?

A

PNG and Markdown export are available to all members. SVG export requires Pro and above. Share links are available to all members.
